Echo has a combined background in capital markets and cross-border investment. She previously worked at leading PRC law firms, including Zhong Lun Law Firm, where she participated in major capital markets matters and developed experience in domestic IPOs, investment and financing, M&A and restructuring, and corporate legal advisory. In relation to Chinese investment in Thailand, Echo has advised on market entry, BOI investment promotion applications, Foreign Business Certificates (FBC), and compliance reviews of Thai affiliates. Her ability to work in Chinese, English, and Japanese enables her to support clients in complex cross-border matters.

Echo advised on the first EV charging station project in Thailand developed under "EVIVA," an electric vehicle charging brand jointly established by China Resources Gas (01193.HK) and China Resources Longdation, providing end-to-end legal services in connection with the project's BOI and FBC applications. She has also advised Songtian on BOI and FBC applications for its investment project in Thailand and has provided ongoing legal counsel services in Thailand to listed companies and major corporate groups, including Dali Foods Group, BDStar (002151.SZ), Haojiang Intelligent (301320.SZ), Zhongyeda (002441.SZ), and Jingyi (874336.NQ). Echo has also participated in domestic and overseas listing and major asset restructuring projects for PRC-listed companies and has advised on compliance reviews and legal opinions concerning their Thai affiliates.
